‘Avatar’ bags best visual effects Oscar

Los Angeles, March 8 (IANS) James Cameron’s science fiction drama ‘Avatar’ won the best visual effects Oscar for Joe Letteri, Stephen Rosenbaum, Richard Baneham and Andrew R. Jones at the 82nd Academy Awards.

‘Avatar’ was nominated with films like ‘District 9′ and ‘Star Trek’.
