Mumbai, March 14 (IANS) Two people were arrested early Sunday by Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) for allegedly plotting to blow up oil tanks of the state-run Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), an official said.
The two are suspected to have links with international terrorist outfits, an ATS official said.
